Delivery Information

Delivery Options

We deliver Australia wide utilising Australia Post and other suitable couriers, all parcels will have tracking information to assist with the delivery. The chosen method will depend on the factors of location, speed and safety of the product.

Orders may require a signature on delivery, this is to ensure you receive the parcel safely and correctly. At times this may be an annoyance but it helps to protect you from fraudulant behaviour. Electronic notification will be sent when the parcel is despatched to notify you that the item is on it's way.

All orders will be despatced within 1-2 business days unless stock availability is an issue which you will be informed of promptly. Delivery times are dependent on the delivery service, Express Hair Supplies has no control over Australia Post or Courier companies though we will endeavour to assist wherever possible. Please be understanding that at times parcels may be delayed or lost due to unforeseen reasons which are out of our control, we hope to minimise this wherever possible.

Cover

We encourage people to consider coverage for loss or damage with their items, a small amount can give you insurance that you will receive the goods you purchased, no profit is made from the contribution as it is passed on directly to the delivery company.

Please understand that if cover is not undertaken then Express Hair Supplies can not be held liable or responsible for replacement if the products are lost, damaged or stolen in anyway once the consignement has been lodged.

Delivery Costs

We have 2 levels of delivery, firstly any single order under $50 will have a standard rate of $6.95 applied. Orders over $50 will receive FREE DELIVERY Australia Wide. there is an express postage option on all orders. If there are multiple orders then the postal charges will be applied per order.

Larger Orders

Depending on the size and weight of a single order, the order maybe split into multiple packages to ensure safety and speed of the delivery. Customers will be made aware of multiple tracking at the time. If mutliple orders can be consolidated into single deliveries then we will do so to minimise the impact to the buyer of possible pickups from post offices or dedicated pickup locations by couriers.
